We don't mind if you call us but do realize that in general we can rarely give out specific information at a moments notice. Most general information is already available on this website. Please check here first before you call us.

If you want to look over a property or want to know if you qualify for a loan or mortgage in order to buy a house in Spain, we require certain information.

  • Are you not over 70
  • Do you have sufficient verifiable income
  • Are you in any way able to guarantee at least 15% of the purchase price plus expenses
  • Are you able to provide the following documents

    Please make sure that you investigate the above first and make sure you can provide us with all the required information before you ask us to go to work on your behalf.


    Not open-ended
